Where have I been?

Well, hello there.
Lately I feel like I've been giving you Twitter when I should be giving you Facebook. 140 characters here, 140 characters there; it's simply not enough! My apologies, friends. I have missed you though, whoever you are reading this. I don't know if you're studying for exams or if you're just getting off of an 8 hour shift and just reading through this blog of mine to relax. I hope wherever it finds you, it finds you well!

Lately all of my people have been doing some super cool things. Some are preparing for their babies, some are picking out their new cars, some are cozying in on their new jobs.. ;) For instance Bev works at a flower shop. A flower shop, people. How cool is that? So as you would think she is always bringing us home beautiful flowers for each room. I read somewhere that flowers not only make your home smell lovely as ever, but they purify the air. That's really cool. We've been ditching Scentsy and doing a lot of flowers and candles. Welcome, Fall, welcome. ;)

Then there are the three B's: birthdays, babies, baking!
Mamie turned 2 at the beginning of this month.
Her party was horse themed because my sister just bought her and her brother mini ponies.
I mean really.. so cute. So it was all things pony including each and every gift she got. SO cute.
My newest little nephew was born and here my sister and I are with him.
So of course after seeing baby for the first time Tucker and I celebrated
by facials and some serious vegging. That's also a Willie Nelson shirt I'm wearing.
We officially celebrated Bev's birthday when her daughters (and my really good friends)
Courtney & Brittany came into town. This was the heart shaped cake and apparently I still need so much work
when it comes to baking ;) but I'm getting there!

That's all, folks! I'm still trying to get wedding pictures in a folder but more to follow of that weekend. Lots of laughs and good food and fun friends. Can't wait to share more with you.
Have a fantastic day!
